HOW TO APPLY FOR SEAFLI:
The applications for the Boren Scholarship and Fellowship are separate and have different instructions. Please follow the links below for information and the applications.
1) Apply for the Boren. Please wait to submit any other applications until you hear if you have been awarded.
2) Once awarded a Boren Fellowship or Scholarship, UW-Madison and American Councils will send you a welcome letter that will outline the various steps for completing the necessary applications for this program.
Do be prepared for a multi-step application process for the various entities involved. We have done our best to streamline these applications, however there are some unavoidable duplications due to regulations for protected student information. The instructions for completing all applications will also include information where an awardee will need advance warning to prepare special documents. Awardees will not be allowed to participate unless all applications are complete.
